Term & Condition for Teaching Job(Nursery to class V)

  1. Teachers must be present in the academy premises at least 10 minutes before the warning bell is rung for the classes.All the staff has to mention the time of his/her arrival and departure on the attendance sheet along with the signature. School Time is 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 pm. If you are late from the scheduled time, one fourth of that day's salary will be deducted.
  2. Teachers have to speak English within the premises of the academy. Moreover, don’t let the students interact in any other language rather than English. Any student communicating in any other language must be warned by the teacher or else must be sent to the office. Only lower classes students are exempted from this rule.
  3. If a teacher remains absent for any important task must intimate the administrator regarding this at least one day in advance. Moreover, he/she should ask any staff member to be a substitute teacher and discuss the following day’s lesson beforehand.
  4. The substituted teacher can write his/her name in the substituting list attached to the teachers’ attendance sheet.
  5. A teacher can not leave the academy without written application of informing the administrator in between teaching hour or class timing. For being present the whole day in a month, one day's salary will be given as additional bonus. Leave benefits will not be given if more than 02 leaves are taken in a month. Salary will be given on the basis of No Work, No Payment.
  6. Teacher have only 5 main works.a] Read the Course Book(Self & by the Students) b] Write the Course Material c] Check the Notebook of Students d] Check all Test papers & Submite the Progress Report of Student to the admin of institute.e] Mentained the Official records of the institute. All the class work/homework of the students must be properly checked and correction must be done/ given for practice. A teacher must put his/her signature with the date after checking the assignments.
  7. The teachers have to finish the course in stipulated time. Teacher ought to complete Term – I in the month of September and Term – II in the month of December. If term 1 is not completed in the month of September and term 2 in the month of December, then the salary for the month of September/December will be withheld. On completion of the course, the salary will be deposited in your account. The institute will not be responsible for payment of extra time.
  8. The progress of the teaching shall be watched and monitored by the administration. The teachers have to give the minimum result as fixed for each book.
  9. No personal relations or friends are allowed to visit the teacher during the class. in case of any significant matter, the visitor can meet a teacher at the discretion and satisfaction of the administration.
  10. Using mobile phone are not allowed in school campus. You can use the mobile while outside of the class only allowed for official use with the permission of institute head. You can use As an illustration, searching about the lesson or using talking dictionary at outside of Classes.
  11. corporal punishment is strictly banned in the academy.
  12. All the class teachers will have to prepare a short report of their children every month and get it checked by the 25th of the month.
  13. Try your best to inculcate good manners, discipline and high moral character among your students. You, as a teacher, are a role model for them. So first behave yourselves as you desire your students to. They will only imitate you, your manners and your behavior. They will also remember you all through their lives, as your impression on the mind of the students will be everlasting.
  14. Submit your attendance sheet every Fridays to the office. And if a student has more than 3 days absences without sending any application must be sent to the office.
  15. Taking proper care of the materials, player, laptop and academy furniture etc is also the responsibility of the teachers. If you take anything, must be put in its own place after using.
  16. Teachers have to keep watch that classrooms are not be made dirty nor any pencil marks, scratches etc made by the students. Train the students accordingly.
  17. If you need any material or anything to be copied or printed, must be submitted to the office at least one day in advance.
  18. Teachers must display his/her card within the premises of the academy, and ask your students to do so. Laxity of any student on this part will cause the marks deduction.
  19. Students must be punctual for the class. Students who are late for the class are subjected to late coming procedures which include a permission slip before they are allowed to the class.
  20. Permission for students to leave the center early may be granted only for special cases.
  21. Consumption of food and any kind of drinks are prohibited in the classroom.
  22. The school will not provide any kind of reading material to the teacher. The teachers will purchase the Text book or study material themselves, which will be paid by the institution after depositing the Study material and bill at the end of the session.
  23. Government holiday apply to all the student. But the holiday for teaching staff is decleare by the School Admin.
  24. If you want to leave this job for any reason, you will have to submit written application to the school management before 30 workings days in advance and deposit one month's salary in the school account.
  25. 10% of your salary will be deposited in the school account every month as security deposite. These amount will be deposited in your account after completing your course by fulfilling all the conditions, the deducted amount will be deposited in your account. You return the school material at the end of the session.
  26. After the completion of your service period, the amount of your security fund will be deposited in your account only after submitting a No Objection Certificate for the return of all dues and materials to the school.
  27. This is a temporary service whose duration will be from July to December. The management committee will have the right to extend the duration. Information regarding extension in your service period will be given to you in advance. Your monthly salary is fixed Rs. …………………….. which will be transferred to your account after completion of course (as per point 7& 25).
  28. Presence of teachers is mandatory. If leave has to be taken for any reason, it is mandatory to give written notice to the school management one day in advance. Taking leave without prior written notice amounts to indiscipline. Written permission leave of one day in a month will be valid. If you take 02 days leave, you will not be given the benefit of government holidays, that is, you will be given salary for the number of days you work.

If you complete 20% of the course in two months instead of one month, it means you will not be given payment for two months.   12. Teachers have to co-operate in all academy related activities even if these happen to be on Wed/Saturdays or any other occattion.
  13. Teachers have to perform their duties on time/ you should complete your Course 20% per month or asked by the administration, otherwise, an intolerable and disciplinary action may be initiated against him/her.

Any interpretation, amendment relaxation, cancellation etc to the above 31 important Term & Condition for Teachers in school or any other rule, regulation is the sole right of the management and is binding on all the staff in the academy. Take charge within 02 days of receiving offer letter from the institute and submit class wise syllabus. Your attendance will not be considered unless you submit the class wise syllabus.
